The region of Santa Barbara in Honduras has something quite special. A combination of soil, weather and coffee varietals make the coffees in this area some of the most exotic and interesting coffees in the world. This harvest will mark the 4th season since we started working with the producers in Santa Barbara.
We had the pleasure this past Monday (September 21) of participating in Cook it Raw Alberta. Cook it Raw is described as “A unique culinary event & mentorship program, helping local chefs, producers and farmers identify the materials and techniques that are unique to their region and crafting a strong culinary narrative that will resonate with global audiences.”
We are a few days away from the 2015 Canadian Barista Championships in Vancouver, BC and thrilled are about it. This year we are proud to announce our three P&S competitors: Aimee Ferguson, Chris Tellez, and David Kim.
