The specialty coffee industry is still young and developing, and we’re positioning ourselves to be at the forefront of it.
To this end, we’ve made sure that quality is a key part of everything we do—from sourcing to roasting, and right through to packaging and shipping to our wholesale partners. Quality is built into every step of what we do, and we aren't willing to compromise on that.
Our goal is to be the most consistent and reliable coffee roaster in the world. What this means is that you can pick any coffee from our inventory, and it will be reliably excellent.

Bespoke Training
We've developed a world class training program for our staff and wholesale partners. With years of experience in the industry, our coffee training team is comprised of experienced baristas, cafe managers, and Coffee Competition winners. They've shared their extensive expertise with clients of all sizes, and ensure that our partners are delivering the best coffee possible to their customers.

As business owners and cafe operators ourselves, we know that the last thing you want is to jump through hoops to get a desired result. We've tailored our Wholesale program to be as simple, efficient, and painless as possible, so that you can focus on what matters. Leave the details to us.
Direct Trade
We do Direct Trade for real. It's not just a flashy buzzword or lip service - all of our coffee is sourced directly from producing partners that we have personal relationships with. We know them and their families by name, we visit their farms each year, and we pay them well above Fair Trade or Certified Organic commodity prices.
Without their dedication and passion, this coffee would not be possible, and while we can take some of the credit for sourcing and roasting this coffee for you, most of the credit needs to go to the coffee farmer.
Experience and Brand Awareness
We've been in the Specialty Coffee business for a long time and have made a great name for ourselves in the global coffee community. Common feedback from our partners is that people get really excited when they can find Phil & Sebastian coffee in their local cafes, and this means the world to us.
