Shipping in Canada
We ship coffee across Canada, and every order gets a shipping discount. The more coffee in your order, the less you pay for shipping. In Calgary, two bags or more ship free.

Prices are rounded to the dollar and were checked in October 2026. Your cart shows the exact price for your city before you check out.
How your order gets to you
Calgary delivery. Our local courier delivers in the evening, seven days a week. Order by 1 PM and it arrives the same day by 7 PM. Order later and it arrives the next evening.
Pickup. Pick up your order for free at our Simmons Building café, 618 Confluence Way SE, Calgary. We email you when it is ready.
The rest of Canada. Choose Canada Post, UPS or FedEx at checkout. Weekday orders placed by 3 PM Mountain time ship the same day.
The US and other countries. We ship to the US with DHL, and to other countries with FedEx or DHL. Your price shows at checkout.
Tracking. When your parcel ships, we email you a tracking link.
Around Christmas and a few other holidays, cutoffs move earlier and some days have no delivery. The cart always shows when your order will ship or arrive.
Returns
Coffee. We can't take back coffee once it has shipped. If you are not happy with a coffee, email us at info@philsebastian.com and we will help.
Equipment and merchandise. You can return new, unused items in their original packaging, with your receipt, for an exchange or a refund within 30 days. Items with a manufacturer's defect can also be returned within 30 days. We can't take back glassware or mugs unless they have a manufacturer's defect.
Warranties. Grinders and brewers (for example Baratza and Fellow) come with the maker's warranty. See the warranty card in the box. Home equipment used for commercial work usually voids that warranty.
How to return an item. Email us first at info@philsebastian.com. Send the item back in its original box, at your cost, with a tracked and insured service. We refund your original payment once it arrives in good condition.
