Guaranteed fresh, and we mean it. All subscription orders are fresh-roasted on demand, so your coffee is no more than a couple days out of our roaster when it ships to you.

You're in full control - you can pause, skip weeks, or cancel any time. If need be, a real live person is standing by to happily address any concerns you have. Her name is Agata - she's great.

Variety is the spice of life, right? You can update your preferences any time with your online account. Change your coffees tastes, delivery frequency, and volumes. We want to get it just right, and are standing by if you need help with anything.

We provide shipping discounts on every order, and subscriptions come with a deeper shipping discount compared to regular orders.

The day you purchase your subscription, you’ll be billed for the first shipment, which will be sent immediately (checkout shows the shipping date and expected delivery).

The next cycle will be billed exactly 4 weeks later and shipped on the following Thursday for Calgary, or Wednesday for other locations.
