Maragogype is rare. Good Maragogype is even more rare. The Hartmann family grows a small amount of Maragogype on their Palo Verde farm, and it grows well there. When I tasted this coffee for the first time, I was incredibly impressed by the immense sweetness in the cup and the seemingly never-ending list of complex flavours. The coffee is a red Maragogype variety. It is a natural process, using the Hartmanns' meticulous methods.
