Food at Mission
Our food philosophy is quite simple. Just like our approach to coffee, we believe it’s important to know where our food comes from – most of the ingredients we use are from small, quality-driven farms, many located right here in Alberta.
Our Mission kitchen takes great pride in our offerings of baked goods, sandwiches, soups and salads. We roast our own meats, make our own pickled vegetables, and of course, make our soups and salads from scratch in-house. We carry a selection of croissants from Yann Haute Patisserie, our bread and scones are compliments of Sidewalk Citizen, and our buns are from our friend Bishwa at the Garrison Woods Cobs, the rest of our baked goods are baked daily in our own kitchen.
