This coffee comes from a small group of amazing people from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. The name Sky High espresso is a play on the literal translation of the village where many of these producers are from, the village is called El Cielito. I travel to Honduras every year and cup every day-lot of each producer - yes, that’s a lot of cupping! Sometimes it’s over 100 samples 🙂.
