The Dubon Brothers – Wilmer and Donaldo – both have farms situated in a sub-region of Santa Barbara, called Los Andes, which has enjoyed much success in the Honduras Cup of Excellence. Donaldo grows mostly Pacas and Bourbon varieties, while Wilmer grows Pacas, Bourbon, and Catimor. Both brothers are incredibly hard working. In fact, during the 2016 harvest and despite suffering from acute sciatica, Donaldo couldn’t be kept away from the farm. His dedication knows no bounds.
