We have worked with Javier and his farm Miramundo for quite some time, but the quality has been inconsistent year to year and haven't been able to bring it to Canada with any consistency. In the past couple of years, the quality has really shot up and the consistency has been there. The quality improvements and consistency are directly linked to Luis Pedro taking over the farm. He’s so knowledgeable and meticulous with the farm management - happy plants = better coffee!
