This coffee comes from a small group of amazing people from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. The name Little Sky is the literal translation of the village where many of these producers are from, the village is called El Cielito. I travel to Honduras every year and cup every day-lot of each producer - yes, that’s a lot of cupping! Sometimes it’s over 100 samples 🙂.
