Some of the most remarkable coffee producers in the world work with equally talented roasters - people who understand how to bring out the best in each coffee, highlighting its story and character. Every time we visit these producers, we're blown away by the care and craftsmanship that goes into their work, and by the incredible fellow roasters who take that coffee and make it shine.
Project Ill is a celebration of both. Three roasters, each selecting a coffee from the same producer and roasting it in a way that best represents their approach. One producer, three perspectives - showcasing the depth, range, and skill that go into every step of the journey from farm to cup.
