Finca Sophia Tasting Experience

This coffee sold for a whopping price of $4816 CAD per kilo at the Best of Panama auction. Each serving will be brewed by Sebastian or Phil in the historic Simmons Building, where guests will learn the story of Finca Sophia and the magic behind this coffee. We'll discuss the unique climate and care that goes into growing this rare Geisha, details about the coffee itself, an explanation of the Best of Panama auction and how this coffee was selected, and a step-by-step brewing process + guided tasting.

Spaces are extremely limited, as there are only 25 servings available, making this a truly limited offering for those lucky enough to reserve their spot. Those interested are encouraged to book as quickly as possible to reserve their serving.

Each seating will be allocated the same total amount of coffee, and we believe that this experience is best enjoyed by groups of 1 or 2. We do not recommend a seating that exceeds 3 people.
