Bloom: A renewed focus on food

We’ll be the first to admit that for far too long, we haven’t loved and nurtured our food the way we have our coffee. Bloom is our first honest attempt to change this.

With Bloom, we threw away all our preconceived notions of what our food should be. We spent over a year developing a menu and building an amazing team to offer awesome yet simple flavours. We didn’t want fancy food, just good food—all made from scratch with ingredients from our local farmers.

We’re proud of the result, and hope it makes you smile!

Bloom food is available 7 days a week in our Marda Loop cafe.

Bloom Hours:

Weekdays: 7:30am-2:30pm
Weekends + Holidays: 7:30am-3:30pm

Hoopla Donuts

Alongside our Marda Loop cafe, we serve Hoopla Donuts - our quest for the perfect snack to pair with a cup of coffee. 

Meticulously prepared with real, pronounceable ingredients, we spent years designing the finest, best-tasting donuts in town. Luckily, they don’t take nearly as long to eat, so stop in for one sometime. They’re donuts...how can you say no?

So pop in for one or six. You can also pre-order for pickup or delivery via hoopladonuts.ca.

CATERING

Of course we’re biased, but we think you’d really impress your colleagues by bringing Phil & Sebastian coffee to your next meeting or event. Or double-down and pair it with a basket of sweet and savoury pastries from Sidewalk Citizen. We make the process quick and easy.
