Finca La Salsa Washed Geisha

TANGERINE | BLACK TEA | NECTARINE | ORANGE ZEST | DARK CHOCOLATE

*Roast Date: January 26th*

This Geisha comes from the most decorated coffee producer in the history of Honduras: Benjamin Paz. As always, Ben’s coffee is stellar. It’s a washed geisha from his famous farm, La Salsa. La Salsa was planted with a range of seeds from several world class producers from Panama, including Hartmann, Elida, and Jameson. The farm name La Salsa means “sauce” - in Spanish, the slang for blend is sauce.

If you’re into Geishas, you simply can’t miss trying La Salsa.

Farm Gate

This the price paid directly to the farmer who actually grows the coffee. If it's an individual farmer who does all of the processing themselves, it will be per lb of green coffee. If the farmer only grows the coffee and sells cherry it will be / kg cherry. This is a very important price that's often obscured and may or may not be related to the export price.
