We’re an award-winning Canadian coffee company that works every day to make coffee better, and has since 2007. A big part of that is our Direct Trade model: we partner closely with coffee producers and pay well above Fair Trade prices. Giving our coffee to your team sends a message that your company cares about quality, ethics and, of course, deliciousness.

$20 a bag. The minimum is 25 bags, so $500 for the coffee. Free shipping to Canada, the US and most destinations.

Each bag contains 200 g of Smooth Operator and costs $20. It’s whole-bean coffee for filter brewing, with notes of toffee, dark chocolate and toasted almond. We can do decaf at the same price, $20 a bag. Any other coffee we currently sell costs more, with the price set for that coffee. For decaf or another coffee, please ask through the inquiry form below before ordering so we can set it up for you. We can’t switch a paid Smooth Operator order to a different coffee afterward.

Whole bean. We don’t have a good way to keep ground coffee fresh, and freshness is what gets the most out of our coffee, so every bag ships as whole beans.

White ink only. That’s how our label printer works. We’ll turn a black or colour logo into white, and you’ll see the real label before you approve it for print.

We’ll email you a link after checkout to check your label and approve it before we print. You can change the logo there too. Files that aren’t used in an order are deleted after 30 days.

We ship every Friday from now until just before Christmas. The last ship date is December 18, 2026. We roast your coffee a few days before it ships, so it’s fresh. Choose your Friday in the order form.

Anywhere. Free shipping to Canada, the US and most destinations. For anywhere else, checkout shows the cost. Calgary orders arrive the day they ship.

Yes, to any number of addresses. Use the inquiry form below and we’ll reply by email to sort out the details. We collect the addresses and send one invoice for the bags at $20 each plus shipping to each address. The regular checkout ships to one address.

Yes. For a large order, you can pay by invoice instead of a card. Tell us what you need in the inquiry form below. We’ll set up your order and send an invoice.
