All of them are delicious. My most favorite was ‘smooth operator’ !!
We love our Phil & Sebastian coffee subscription! Every 4 weeks we receive 4 bags of varied and delicious beans. We have full control over the number of bags and weeks between deliveries, which some other roasters don’t offer.
Their new packaging is gorgeous and though the bags are smaller, we understand that coffee prices have been soaring and they’re trying to keep our costs (and theirs) stable.
Overall, after enjoying subscriptions from half a dozen first rate third wave coffee roasters across Canada, we couldn’t be more pleased with the coffee(s!) and service offered by Phil & Sebastian. Highly recommended!
Consistently good coffee from P&S. I gave a 4 because I don’t particularly enjoy naturally processed coffee, even when it’s well roasted.
