During the pandemic, we subscribed to bean deliveries. We tried many - and Phil & and Sebastien is the only one that remained a staple. Both because it is consistently great, and because it is consistently interesting and new. We buy beans from all over the world now - P&S stands as one of the best.

You lost one star because of the recent "shrinkflation" in the bag volumes. I get it. Costs are up. But it stung a bit after so many years. Honestly it's 5 star coffee in a 4 star economic reality.
