In our pastry case, we offer baking by Sidewalk. Simmons is home to our head office and our wholesale and retail training facility. At the training facility, we bring our cafe baristas through months of intensive one-on-one coffee training necessary to uphold our elite standards. Contrary to most cafes who train staff in-service, the strategy of out-of-service training has an enormous cost, but it allows our baristas to focus 100% on the training program, and we believe it equips them with superior skills.
