Part scientist’s lab, part fine-sipping experience, we have finally opened the latest installment of our collective of Calgary cafés in the East Village’s Simmons Building. This new café is part of a partnership between three of Calgary’s most-hailed culinary establishments and together we are creating a gastronomic experience unlike any other in the country.
Our team members Aimee (Head Trainer) and Vanessa (Wholesale Manager) recently visited our friends at Rocket Bakery, located in St. John’s, Newfoundland. We had the opportunity to spend three days with the Rocket team, and also had the opportunity to see some of the beautiful Eastcoast scenery that St. John’s offers. Rocket Bakery is centrally-located

The winner of the 2015 Canadian AeroPress Championships will win entry, flights and accommodation to Seattle USA, to represent Canada in the World AeroPress Championship

The coffees of El Cielito in the Santa Barbara region are prolific. In the Honduras Cup of Excellence, this tiny region has been one of the most successful since 2009.
