Level up your brewing game with a modern work of art! Through our extensive testing, we've put together the ultimate home brewing kit, which matches what we've chosen to use in our cafes.

This kit features the Origami Dripper from Japan, specifically the "Dripper Air S" model, which is made of AS resin (aka a plastic designed for boiling water, so it's dishwasher safe). We chose this model to use in our cafes because it's much more temperature stable than the porcelain models.

We love this innovative dripper not just for its beauty, but also for its function. The  pleated April filters from Denmark we've included in this kit fit neatly into the groove provided, resulting in less bypass water as the coffee is brewed. We also use the April filters in our cafe, and we tested these against all of the major brands and found these offer more cup clarity, due to their slightly thicker weave.  

In this kit, we include the Origami Dipper holder, which we use in our cafe to keep the filter level.
