Pedro Moreno’s coffee embodies all the right qualities that make the coffees from Santa Barbara so unique and amazing - it’s syrupy sweet, floral, and fruity with a lively acidity. This is our fifth year working with Pedro. He is from the region of El Cedral in the central part of the Santa Barbara coffee growing region. He grows both bourbon and pacas and takes good care of his washed processing. I first tasted this coffee while cupping with a friend and colleague, Benjamín Paz, during one of my many visits to Honduras.
