Francisco "Pancho" Rodriguez lives in a small but privileged coffee region. In Sebastian's opinion, the tiny area he refers to as the "highlands of El Cielito", which makes up no more than 20 hectares of land, is where some of the most amazing Central American coffees come from. Pancho has a small plot of land sitting around 1700m and right in the centre of el Cielito, which lies within the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. He grows new growth Pacas and old growth Bourbon.
